أعلن بنك أبو ظبي الأول، حاجته لشغل وظائف شاغرة للعمل بفروع البنك كالتالي:

Fraud Manager

ويشترط في المتقدمين التالي:
الحصول على بكالوريوس مناسب لطبيعة العمل.
القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات بمجال العمل.
ويمكن التقدم للوظيفة من هنــــــــــا.
مواصفات الوظيفة 

Identify fraudulent applications and take appropriate actions.
Maintain and circulate fraud negative lists.
Design and update SOP and policies related to fraud and quality of examination including clear rules of application referral to fraud unit.
Provide fraud awareness sessions to credit & collection staff and other staff whenever required.
Identify fraud trends and implement corrective / protective actions in line with new fraud trends to avoid further losses.
Preparation of Daily / Monthly MIS as required.
Provide Monthly sampling report.
Prepare and adhere to all SLA between fraud and other units.
Conduct field investigations if necessary to complete fraud investigations.
Coordinate with local fraud forum in the market and gather market information on new fraud trends.
Handle customer complaints if any related to fraud topics.
Share fraud trends and market information with appropriate stakeholders.
Maintain fraud databases.
Conduct process review to identify gaps in process which might expose the bank to fraud risk.
Conduct vigilance samples on all products to minimize fraud
Conduct sample checking on Credit initiation analysts to detect error rates in quality of examination and highlight mistakes for coaching and correction for better quality.
Responsible for the auto loans vendor management including performance, documentation, and coding criteria.
Verifying customer income documents.
Monthly analysis for non-starters.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor degree
Fraud detection/prevention courses
Problem solving and ability to make decisions are essential
Good command of English and MS applications
Minimum Experience not less than 5 years in same field.

JOB PURPOSE:
Effectively monitor all digital Banking channels
Participate in building successful digital strategy and lead FAB Egypt to be one of the most innovative banks within the Egyptian market
Ensure diverting customer traffic to digital channels, reducing overall cost for the bank
enhance all the digital banking channels, Online banking, mobile banking, ATM / Cash deposit machines, e-wallets
Implement and deliver key initiatives such as e-payments, mobile wallets, etc. which are state-of-the-art and open up new channels for customers
Follow leading global trends in the digital space and ensure that we adopt the latest technologies in line with overall bank roadmap and strategy
Ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital channels
Responsible for designing / maintaining the forecasted usage levels of digital channels include mobile app, internet, etc.
introduce new payment and alternative delivery channels
Conceptualizing, specifying, enhancing and delviering new and imptroved services through Digital Banking.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The jobholder has to deal with unstructured, complex and sophisticated problems related to Direct Banking/ Digital Banking environment.
Optimizing cost of acquisition and minimizing revenue leakages and service delivery through digital channels
Develop and Analyse channel usage behaviour and assist in developing campaigns to encourage usage of lower cost channels. Additionally, optimize marketing costs by targeting customers through such channels where desirable.
Formulate/develop digital strategies to drive the next generation of digital banking
coordinate the implementation of key digital initiatives including digital platform migration project
Design effective and efficient digital customer journey to ensure the delivery of excellent customer experience through website/mobile app/web/chat-bot as a result to deliver ambitious growth in digital traffic and usage
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of Retail Banking products and service of the bank
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital / Transformation project management and implementation
University graduate
Bilingual ( Arabic / English )
Very good customer focused & positive attitude
Computer literate
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
Strong business awareness & problem resolution skills
Track record in demonstrating multi-disciplinary skills. 
Minimum Experience:
5 years in leading financial institutions with exposure to digital banking trends
